Lake CX332

The Lake CX332 road shoe features a classic design with modern elements such as a dual BOA closure and a lightweight carbon sole system. The CX332 also uses the same Thermaform technology as the CX403. The internal heel cup is made of thermally formable carbon, which better adapts to the heel area. A secure fit in the heel area stabilizes the foot and prevents the heel from slipping. A stable foot allows for better power transfer and reduces fatigue. The natural leather upper combined with the dual BOA closure system ensures that your foot is secure without having to tie the shoes too tightly. The CX332 uses Lake’s patented dual sole system. The insole is a semi-flexible platform made of fiberglass, which allows for some flexibility in the forefoot area, where the foot tends to swell and where pressure points or numbness would normally occur. The insole floats above the rigid carbon outsole. This system allows the CX332 to use an extremely rigid carbon outsole without sacrificing riding comfort. It features a slightly narrower toe box and a tighter heel area compared to the Competition last and an overall lower volume than the Sport last. Designed for riding with a very high cadence, higher pressure, and a slimmer fit. Now also available in Extra Large, which corresponds to a width of EEE. Sole: Lake Race 100% carbon fiber, patented dual sole system by Lake. Available with a 3-hole pedal pattern.
