The Spire GTX is footwear designed for fast hiking, tailored for women's feet. Through a clever combination of expertise from the production of mountaineering boots and trail running shoes, the Spire GTX has emerged as a top hiking shoe, particularly notable for its excellent breathability.

All elements of the shoe have been designed to ensure maximum breathability. Nano-Cells™ are used to structure the shaft. These are highly breathable cells that work in conjunction with the GORE-TEX SURROUND membrane. The innovative GORE-TEX SURROUND technology ensures that the shoe is well-ventilated all around. The breathable area has also been extended to the sole. Ventilation channels are protected by a highly resistant Mono-Bava nylon mesh to prevent the ingress of small stones and dirt. The result is a comfortable shoe climate – even on hot summer days.

The Spire also features an extra-grippy Vibram sole for both soft, muddy terrain and hard ground. Another advantage is the Stability Control System (STB), which prevents foot torsion and provides stability. The compressed EVA midsole offers pleasant cushioning.
