La Sportiva Hyper GTX

In the Hyper GTX model, La Sportiva has integrated a maximum of technology. The Hyper GTX offers excellent support and comfort, and thanks to the GORE-TEX® membrane, it is waterproof and breathable.

In the construction of this shoe, La Sportiva has drawn heavily on its expertise in climbing shoe manufacturing. The design of the sole and shoe edge enhances sensitivity. A lacing system wraps around the entire shoe, allowing it to fit snugly like a second skin.

The midsole also incorporates a lot of technology. In the toe area, a Rock-Guard platform is used to provide optimal protection for the foot. In the heel area, there is a stabilizing insert to prevent rolling of the ankle.

The Vibram® Idrogrip sole has been equipped with specific features for approach: an Impact Brake System in the heel and inner area to reduce stress on the joints and provide additional grip, and suction cups and a climbing zone at the toe for enhanced performance.
