La Sportiva Hyper GTX

La Sportiva has packed a maximum of technology into the Hyper GTX model. It offers excellent support and comfort, and thanks to the GORE-TEX membrane, it is waterproof and breathable.

In the construction of this shoe, La Sportiva has incorporated a lot of know-how from climbing shoe manufacturing. The design of the sole and shoe edge provides increased sensitivity. A lacing system wraps around the entire shoe, allowing it to fit snugly like a second skin.

The midsole also features advanced technology. A Rock-Guard platform is used in the toe area to optimally protect the foot. In the heel area, there is a stabilizing insert to prevent ankle rolling.

The Vibram Idrogrip sole has been equipped with specific features for approach: the heel and inner area include an Impact Brake System to relieve stress on the joints and provide additional grip, while the outer area features suction cups and a climbing zone at the toe.
