Lightweight paddle racket with good handling for children aged 9 to 11 years for their first steps in the sport of padel. The racket is perfectly balanced for quick progress due to its weight (325 g) and thickness (36 mm). Additionally, the Full-EVA concept offers maximum comfort and vibration reduction. An exclusive KUIKMA innovation: the padel brand from DECATHLON. The racket is made from a single piece of EVA foam, with the hitting surface covered in composite fibers. The expanded EVA foam area increases the sweet spot of the hitting surface, optimizing error tolerance for better ball control.

Padel originated in Mexico in the late 1960s. This sport quickly spread to Spain and Argentina and then to all Spanish-speaking countries in South America. Currently, padel is the second most practiced sport in Spain, behind football and ahead of tennis. There are 8 million players worldwide.

Padel is played in doubles (two against two). Two balls are allowed for the serve; it is executed from below as an underhand serve diagonally. A bounce is permitted. The ball must hit the ground before touching any part of the court. A ball can be hit against a wall after the bounce (but not against the mesh). The ball can bounce out of the court and be caught outside the playing area. The scoring system is similar to tennis.
