The Kuikma PR Open features a round shape for better control. Weighing 320 g (± 7 g) with a head-heavy balance, it offers good handling. It is made from fiberglass and EVA foam.

Padel is played in doubles (two against two). Two balls are allowed for the serve, which is executed from below as an underhand shot diagonally. A bounce is permitted. The ball must hit the ground before touching any part of the court. A ball can be hit against a wall after the bounce (but not against the grid). The ball can bounce out of the court and be caught outside. The scoring system is similar to tennis.
