The colorful jump ropes are made of a cotton cover and a flax swing insert. The reinforced middle section allows for better swinging of the rope, resulting in a generally more stable swing ratio.

The jump rope, made from purely ecological materials, is versatile and promotes not only coordination but also endurance. It is ideal for school and club sports as well as for rhythmic gymnastics, gymnastics, and dance choreographies.

The knotted ends provide a firmer grip while jumping and prevent slipping.
