This braided jump rope is made from durable 100% polypropylene material and offers a comfortable grip with its 8 mm diameter. The reinforced center at 13 mm provides stability, while the knotted rope ends maintain the shape and allow for smooth swinging. With a length of 280 cm, the jump rope is ideal for various exercises. You can easily adjust it by knotting the ends or cutting the rope to the desired length and sealing the ends.

Not only do children love the jump rope, but it is increasingly being used in fitness training, for warming up, or as a training aid for coordination, strength, and endurance. For experienced jumpers, we recommend fast-spinning jump ropes for even more jumping variations.
