Kübler Sport Coordination ladder

The coordination ladder is an essential tool for training coordination and speed. It is used in training sessions for ball sports such as soccer, volleyball, handball, and basketball, but it is also an important aid in tennis, badminton, and athletics training to develop basic speed and eye-foot/leg coordination. The number of different exercises and step sequences that can be performed with the coordination ladder is virtually endless: the step sequences can vary, training can be done with or without a ball, and the exercises can be organized as individual training, partner exercises, or relay forms. Additionally, this training device not only allows for effective speed training but can also be set up and taken down quickly and easily, requiring minimal space: when stored in the included carrying bag, it takes up only about 15 x 15 x 50 cm.

The coordination ladder consists of twelve break-resistant plastic rungs connected by durable straps. The spacing of the rungs can be adjusted variably. The coordination ladder is 6 m long and approximately 50 cm wide. A carrying handle and a practical storage bag are included in the delivery.
