The board padding made of sturdy PE foam reliably protects athletes in schools and clubs from injuries that can occur at the lower edges of a basketball backboard. The edge pads, manufactured as a single piece, feature a U-shaped groove that matches the thickness of the basketball board. The corners of the pads are cut at an angle for a perfect fit and easy installation. The pads are designed for 180 cm wide backboards. From the total length of 261 cm, 180 cm covers the lower edge and 40 cm on each side of the backboard.

We recommend equipping basketball backboards with padding, especially in school sports, to prevent potential injuries. Padding of the backboards is mandatory in official basketball competitions. Installation is very simple, requiring only a suitable adhesive.
