Training hurdle with three different heights (15, 25, and 30 cm) to enhance physical fitness. This training hurdle is adjustable to three different heights, making it ideal for performing plyometric exercises to strengthen muscles using body weight. The Decathlon Coach app was developed for athletes to follow training programs designed by certified trainers. After running or walking, this app offers specialized training programs to provide individual guidance and coaching. Through observations on the field and discussions with coaches, we gathered a range of requirements necessary for building a training course. Marking, delimiting, centering, etc. Our "Modular" product line, on the other hand, offers simple and clever products that allow for numerous exercise possibilities.
