For occasional soccer games with a ball in the colors of your country or favorite team. Our development team has placed particular emphasis on durable outer material and good rebound for this ball. Ideal for the first kicks.

Height of 125 to 155 cm, with a maximum deviation of 10 cm between the highest and lowest rebound levels per ball. Each ball is dropped 10 times from a height of 2 meters onto a metal plate. The most demanding test the ball must endure is the shoot test with the machine. It withstands 2,500 shots at 50 km/h from a distance of 2.5 meters against an angled concrete wall. After that, we check:

• Overall condition of the ball: especially the resistance of the seams.
• Circumference: must not have increased by more than 1.5 cm.
• Round shape: must not have changed by more than 1.5%.
• Pressure: pressure loss must not exceed 0.1 bar.

In the lab, game situations in the rain are simulated ‒ the ball is tested in 2 cm of water with 250 compressions at a constant rotation. At the end of the test, the ball must not be more than 20% heavier, which corresponds to about 80 g for a size 5 ball.

420 to 445 g (size 5). Measurement deviation: maximum 2%. The roundness of the ball is measured at 16 different points, and the deviations found are analyzed. If a deviation exceeds 2% (FIFA standard), our engineers must improve the round shape to achieve a consistent rebound.

The ball is inflated to the recommended pressure (0.8 bar). 72 hours later, the ball must have lost no more than 15% of its pressure, which corresponds to about 0.1 bar. Thus, the pressure after 72 hours should be around 0.7. It is completely normal for a ball to lose pressure after a few days.

To ensure the ball meets all requirements, it has undergone numerous quality tests in the lab. 68.5 to 69.5 cm (size 5).
