The Shotgun seat fits almost all modern analog mountain bikes (front suspension required) – including bikes with steep, sloping, or tapered top tubes. It is even suitable for carbon frames. The Shotgun seat is not suitable for electric bikes or bikes without front suspension, including road bikes, gravel bikes, some hybrid bikes, beach cruisers, bikes with step-through or single-tube frames, or older mountain bikes with brake cables running along the top or side of the top tube.
