Boxing Base

The Boxing Base is a freestanding punching bag designed for stress relief, boxing training, or simply to let off steam. The bag is made of sturdy foam and stands on a stable, sand-filled base. This design prevents the bag from tipping over easily, reduces the risk of injury, and effectively absorbs punches and strikes.

The Boxing Base punching bag is available in two sizes. With a height of 110 cm, it is ideal for children aged 4 and up, while the 140 cm version is suitable for older and taller children from 8 years old.

The punching bag is suitable for both playful activities and serious training. After each punch, whether with boxing gloves or without, the freestanding bag immediately returns to an upright position. Exercises with the punching bag enhance physical fitness, endurance, and coordination, but most importantly, they improve concentration and discipline.
