The Jade meditation cushions are designed to provide both comfort and support for your practice.

Our Zafu meditation cushion (round) offers ample support and is intended to help improve your sitting posture by relieving pressure from your ankles, knees, and back.

Our Zabuton meditation cushion (rectangular) is soft and provides plenty of comfort while meditating.

Both cushions can be used together, with the Zafu placed on top of the Zabuton.

Did you know:

• The cover is made of organic cotton, the filling is made of conventional cotton, and the padding consists of an 85/15 cotton-polyester blend.
• The filling of the Zafu is made of buckwheat.
• Made in the USA.

Care instructions:
Remove the filling. Machine wash cold, hang to dry to avoid shrinking.
