The outer material is windproof and waterproof, the seams are sealed, and the zippers are water-repellent. All of this ensures dry descents through deep snow. The Primaloft insulation provides excellent warmth-to-weight ratio for good insulation. The waistband is mid-high, and the straps are removable.
