• The validity period is twelve months from the date of issue. The expiry date of a voucher is printed on it.

• During the period of validity, vouchers can be extended online at geschenkparadies.ch once for a further twelve months.

• The risk of any changes in prices or services is transferred to the voucher holder from the 13th month onwards.

• If the voucher remains unused during the period of validity or if the voucher holder does not take part in a booked experience, the entitlement to benefits lapses.
