IFS Squat Stand Block

The ATX Squat Stand Block / Squat Block allows for an optimized upper body posture during squat training. This wedge relieves the back while simultaneously mobilizing the ankle joints. As a result, the barbell can be better balanced, significantly increasing stability during the upward and downward movement of the squat. The Squat Block can also be used as a calf rocker or as a roll stopper for barbells.
