New Run is the first true road running shoe from ICEBUG. It has been designed for those who train hard year-round and want to log miles. The focus during development was on comfort: to allow for movement in cold temperatures, the last of the New Run is shaped so that the foot sits in a spacious toe box and a straight toe line. This allows for an insulating layer of warm air to form between the shoe and the foot. The well-cushioned sole provides comfort and stability for the runner's foot, even on long distances. The shoe is topped off with a waterproof GORE-TEX upper and a practical BOA Fit lacing system.

Source: Digitec GalaxusA clear focus on minimal rolling resistance: the sole of the Icebug is highly flexible, slightly wedge-shaped, pre-curved in the forefoot and the profile is transverse. Despite medium-soft cushioning, there is still plenty of feel for the ground, but the breathable Minimal upper shoe does not provide any special support, despite the excellent lacing system. For power hiking!
