The hmlTARO Pants are made from a polyester fabric with recycled fibers and are water-resistant, keeping your child dry in wet weather. The water resistance of these hummel pants is achieved through a combination of welded seams and a special treatment of the main material. The pants also feature an adjustable waistband and cuffs at the ankles.
