Flat, flatter, HT EVo-Mag ME03! The extremely grippy platform pedals feature 10 interchangeable aluminum pins per pedal side and a lightweight magnesium body, measuring only 11 mm in height, pushing the trend for ever flatter pedals to the limit. This is a good thing, as the flatter the pedals, the lower the rider's center of gravity, the better the ground clearance, and ultimately, the efficiency of the pedaling motion improves the closer the foot is placed to the pedal axis. To achieve such a flat pedal, HT-Components employs some clever engineering. The stiff chromoly axle has a strongly conical shape and is countered from the outside, unlike most other pedals.
