Rings have long since shed their dusty gymnastics image and found their way into the fitness sector - and rightly so. We now offer an outstanding set of gym rings and the corresponding fastening straps.

The rings are handmade from laminated beech wood, which is slightly roughened on the outside for a better grip. The dimensions have been selected to optimise the ergonomic requirements for gripping. The inner diameter is 18 cm and the outer diameter is 24.5 cm. The handle is 32 mm thick for comfortable gripping.

The straps are extra long at 5 metres and can be attached anywhere where stable anchoring options are available at a sufficient height. This can be the ceiling in the gym, in the hall or in the athletic box, but also rigs, pull-up bars or other fitness equipment.

The material from which the straps are made is known from alpine sports and is extremely resilient. The maximum load is a whopping 400 kg. The length can be easily adjusted using a high-quality clamp and adapted to almost any location.

Gym rings are true all-rounders and can be used almost anywhere, provided the equipment for variable fastening options is available. They are particularly suitable for intensive upper body work-outs, but due to the free suspension they add two crucial components to the exercises that make the training even more functional.

This means that the force exerted by the arms and upper body for free pull ups or push ups, for example, can only be optimally implemented if the torso and legs are stabilised and the movement deflections of the ropes are controlled in a coordinated manner. The design of the rings therefore enables a full-body workout with many possible variations.

In principle, the rings are suitable for any ambitious athlete, provided the appropriate attachment options are available. The level of difficulty can be adjusted to any level thanks to the choice of exercises, the height adjustment and the position of the suspension. There are no upper limits anyway.
