The model consists of three parts: the board made of high-quality maple wood (78 cm x 30 cm x 1.3 cm), a sturdy cork roller (41 cm x 9.7 cm x 9.7 cm) on which the board is balanced, and a robust MDF base (25.5 cm x 33.5 cm x 3.3 cm) for storage. The balance trainer promotes balance, coordination and core stability. In addition to classic standing balancing, exercises such as squats, lunges, crunches and planks can also be performed. This allows you to target different muscle groups and add variety to your training. The trickboard also supports movements that are relevant for sports such as surfing, skating or snowboarding. The cork roller is gentle on the floor and leaves no scratches. For greater safety, we recommend using it near a wall or with support, whereby the training area should always be free of sharp or hard objects. Thanks to its compact dimensions, the set is easy to store and can be used flexibly - from the living room to the home gym. This balance board is suitable for adults, young people and sports enthusiasts who want to specifically train their balance and core muscles.
