Product details

Children aged 5 to 8 years old get a perfect start with the pressureless Head Stage 3 Red, which is 75% slower than a standard tennis ball, making the game easy and fun.

The first steps require support. The pressureless Head Stage 3 Red Ball is the ideal choice for children in this age group who are taking their first steps on the court. It is significantly softer, larger, and 75% slower than a standard tennis ball, which increases reaction time and makes hitting the ball much easier and more enjoyable. Additionally, the red and yellow two-tone felt material makes the ball more visible for children. Developed in collaboration with coaches and young players, the Head Stage 3 Red is perfect for the ITF's small red court (11 m x 5-6 m). It is part of the Stage program, a unique initiative designed to help young players develop their skills in partnership with the International Tennis Federation's "Tennis Play and Stay!" campaign.
