The pressureless Head Stage 2 Orange is the perfect ball for children aged 8 to 9 who are preparing to transition to the larger court. It is softer, larger, and 50% slower than a regular tennis ball, making it much easier to hit and extending reaction time. Its two-tone felt (orange and yellow) also makes it easier for children to see. Developed in collaboration with coaches and children, the Stage 2 Orange is ideal for the medium-sized ITF court (18 m x 5.6-8.23 m). The ball is part of Head's Stage Program, a unique training initiative that helps young players learn the sport correctly from the start. The program was developed as part of the ITF's "Tennis Play and Stay!" campaign.
