Hanwag Friction II GTX

The Friction II GTX is a cold-insulated mountain boot designed for versatile glacier and rock tours, as well as alpine trekking. It features Click Clamps for two-zone lacing, allowing the upper and lower parts of the shaft to be laced with different tightness. The ghilly lacing in the lower part of the shaft ensures smooth lacing. The boot is constructed with a durable, waterproof, and breathable GORE-TEX lining. It includes crampon support at the heel for semi-automatic crampons and a low peak burst for continuous use with crampons. The firmly raised scree protection edge is made of rubber, and it has a special climbing strip. The Vibram sole is designed for continuous use with crampons, and the memory plastic insole provides better shape retention, always returning to its original shape. The soft and elastic finish is made of textile fabric, and it features a bending gusset.
