The bracket is not mounted on the frame tube (seat tube), so that e-bikes and other bikes with very large frame tube diameters can also be used without special mounting systems. The Hamax Carrier Adapter supplied provides an easy way to attach a child seat to the carrier. Carrier width: 120 - 180 mm. Brace Ø: 10 - 20 mm (braces should be round). Carrier load capacity: at least 25 kg load. Supports the adjustment of the seat angle. Must not be fitted to rear carriers without straight or parallel sides. Easy to fit. The carrier adapter for the luggage carrier is not compatible with the predecessor model Caress and cannot be mounted on it (recognisable by the bracket with double suspension).
