Gymstick Powerslider The fitness mat for gliding - The Gymstick Powerslider is a board with a smooth surface on which gliding socks are used to glide from one side to the other. The board is available in 2 different lengths and is 50 cm wide. There are stoppers at the ends to prevent the exerciser from sliding further. The surface of the board is made of PE.
