Gymba Balance Board: Time to Stand. The Gymba Balance Board is made from composite material. The underside of the board is covered with needle felt, preventing it from slipping. The board adapts to your body weight, ensuring even joint pressure, activating all muscles, and promoting a healthy stance. The side footrests respond to your movements and flex, allowing for a natural rolling motion of the feet. The Gymba Balance Board can also be flipped over for a stable position, with the felt side facing up. The two massage balls can be easily placed on the board, providing a pleasant and effective foot massage that relieves tension. The balls are suitable for training with or without shoes, with barefoot exercises offering a better massage effect.
