You can choose between leaning chest dips and straight tricep dips - both are possible with the wall-mounted dip station from Gorilla Sports. Additionally, this dip station is suitable for hanging leg raises, which significantly shortens the path to a six-pack. Beginners can bend their knees and lift only their thighs to the horizontal position, while the exercise is more challenging with straight legs. The black-painted dip station for wall mounting features adjustable horizontal and vertical grips: the former is used for dips in all variations, while the latter is held onto during abdominal training. The soft arm pads serve as supports for the forearms, while the back pad ensures an optimal and gentle posture.

Maximum load capacity: 200 kg with proper wall mounting. Dimensions (Width x Depth x Height): 60 x 58 - 69 x 50 cm. The dip station comes with assembly instructions and accessories.

Step-by-step wall mounting: Insert the dowel including the screw into the drilled hole. Tighten the nut on the screw so that the dowel expands in the wall. Leave the dowel, screw, and washer in the drilled hole and only remove the nut from the screw. The dowel will open up due to the expansion, allowing the screw to be pulled slightly forward so that it now fits through the device. Place the device onto the screw and tighten the nut from the front.
