The inner structure of the helmet is made from sintered expanded polystyrene (EPS) to absorb impact in the event of a fall. The outer part made of polycarbonate (PC) protects against punctures and enhances durability over time. The two structures, combined with the in-moulding system, ensure absolute safety. The construction of the Volo helmet is designed to achieve maximum ventilation values. The aerodynamic drag coefficient is reduced by 9% compared to a conventional helmet. The micrometric closure system Up-System Fit, in addition to the classic adjustment dial, also allows for three vertical adjustment options. The inner padding made of fabric of varying thickness, treated with an antibacterial process, guarantees a perfect fit.
