Gist Primo

The Primo bicycle helmet is manufactured using the In-Moulding system, which bonds the inner shell made of sintered expanded polystyrene (EPS) with the outer shell made of polycarbonate (PC) to maximize athlete safety.

The position and size of the 10 front ventilation openings are designed to ensure optimal aerodynamics and constant ventilation inside the helmet during all cycling trips. The 6 rear ventilation openings significantly direct airflow and enhance ventilation by dissipating heat. Weighing 230 g (in size S/M), the helmet offers comfort and lightness that will satisfy even the most demanding athletes.

The inner padding with an open-cell structure, combined with the three-dimensional fabric with a variable thickness of 5 to 8 mm, guarantees a perfect fit while providing protection and ventilation. Thanks to the new "Fitting Foam" technology, the Primo helmet offers a new level of comfort with a soft, responsive material insert that isolates the forehead from the EPS shell, drastically reduces vibrations, and simultaneously increases safety by keeping the helmet in a more stable position. The Up-Fit system allows for micrometric adjustment of the helmet in width and height, combined with the Ergo-Light straps for a perfect fit that adapts like a second skin to your movements.
