In-Mold construction: In In-Mold construction, the robust polycarbonate outer shell is bonded to the impact-absorbing EPS inner shell during the foaming process in one step. This makes the helmet more durable without adding extra weight. This production process also allows for significantly better ventilation systems and vents.
