To make a shoe that can handle extended tours and demanding roads, Giro started with an ultra-lightweight monofilament Synchwire mesh upper that feels like a second skin, then added thermo-welded TPU for added structural support and resistance to grit and grime. Quick, intuitive adjustment is ensured by two BOA L6 buckles, steel lacing and soft lace guides that allow a precise fit with even pressure distribution to ensure comfort with every pedal turn. Finally, the advanced carbon composite plate ensures efficient power transfer and a responsive feel on the pedals, while allowing 5 mm of adjustment for optimal cleat positioning.
