Giant fast charger 36V 4A XLR 3 pin / CAN-Bus 544M36V4AGLI180-10V is only suitable for the 3 pin XLR connector. It is compatible with PIN1 (DC+ Red), PIN2 (NA), and PIN3 (DC- Black). Please pay attention to the 3 pins, as it does not work for 4 or 5 pin original Giant chargers. This charger is suitable for the Giant e-Bike models with the 3 pin XLR connector, including Giant Prime E+ 2 (2017), Giant Prime E+ 1 (2017), Giant Entour E+ 1 (2019), Giant GrandTour Ease E+ 0, Giant Entour E+ 0 (2019), Giant GrandTour Ease E+ 2, Giant GrandTour Ease E+ 1, and Giant Entour E+ 2 (2019), as well as the Giant Battery and Charger models 544M364A-10V, 544M36V4A-04, 544M36V4A-10V, and GLI180A 3-pole.

This original Giant quick charger 36V 4A with plug XLR 3-pole, 544M36V4A-10V CAN-BUS, is suitable for all original Giant 36V EnergyPack batteries with a 3-pin XLR socket (CAN bus version only). It is only suitable for XLR plugs with the 3-pin pin assignment and not for 4-pin or 5-pin. Please check before ordering how many pins your Giant plug has or how many pins the battery socket needs.
