The Cortex M1 hub combines advanced technologies for collision avoidance with proactive alarms. It also offers features for remote monitoring and control of onboard systems via your compatible smartphone. A smartAIS high-speed transponder transmits your boat's position and heading while proactively warning of specific collision hazards. smartAIS not only alerts you to collisions but also triggers alarms for anchor drift or MOB (man overboard) situations. This hub is VHF-capable. Simply add a Cortex handheld device to achieve full VHF radio functionality. With the Cortex apps, you can monitor boat systems, receive alerts, and control devices remotely from your compatible smartphone. A GPIO port and included cable allow you to monitor bilge pumps, safety sensors, shore power, and more. The NMEA 2000® networking enables you to display Cortex data on connected multifunction displays and chart plotters.
