Product details
With the GPS-based steering course sensor featuring a fully integrated attitude and course reference system, sailors receive accurate position and precise steering course information thanks to multi-frequency technology (GNSS). Unlike a conventional magnetic compass, the GPS-based compass is not affected by magnetic disturbances and also detects how deep the boat is submerged in the water. It transmits this information via the NMEA 2000 network to a chart plotter. The MSC 10 can be used as the primary sensor for autopilots and all other onboard systems that require precise steering course information. GPS-based steering course sensor, multi-frequency technology, compatible with GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, IRNSS, QZSS, fully integrated attitude and course reference system, backup compass, sensor for autopilots or radars, easy installation, NMEA 2000 compatible, 10 Hz update rate.
