Product details

Don't run aground with the high-quality FrontVü sonar for forward visibility. The sonar helps you avoid running aground by scanning the bottom in front of the boat. It displays the bottom in real-time up to 90 meters (300 feet) ahead, providing almost immediate feedback so you have more time to react.

The Panoptix transducer for through-hull mounting features multiple cones and high-quality FrontVü sonar, showing the bottom in real-time on the chart plotter. The Panoptix FrontVü sonar displays the bottom up to 90 meters (300 feet) in front of the boat (at 8 to 10 times the current depth), allowing you to navigate unfamiliar waters with greater confidence. It is equipped with a sonar that has a narrow beam angle and forward view (20 degrees), enabling you to focus on the bottom in front of the boat without distractions from the sides.

The device also includes an AHRS sensor for motion stabilization, allowing you to identify conditions in front of the boat even in rough seas. The image data from the FrontVü sonar can easily be shared on other chart plotters within the Garmin marine network.

The Panoptix PS51-TH features a standard stainless steel through-hull mounting bracket (50.88 mm/2 inches). The device displays depth and temperature data and is compatible with all Panoptix-capable Garmin chart plotters.
