GNX Wind displays two data fields and a digital wind rose when connected to a compatible GPS chart plotter, allowing simultaneous representation of true and apparent wind data, autopilot, boat speed, and more. It shows the speed and angle of true and apparent winds, the direction of true wind, boat speed, speed over ground, made good speed, steering course, course over ground, and close-hauled display. Includes an easy-to-install gWind Wireless 2 transducer, eliminating the need for cable runs for masts up to 15 meters in height. The internal solar-powered battery lasts for 3 years and is easily replaceable.
