The Twin-Tube design from 2016-2024 was an engineering masterpiece but came with some durability challenges. The FLOAT X2 shock, completely reinterpreted from 2025 onwards, has been redesigned from the ground up and is based on a revolutionary monotube architecture.

World's first 4-way adjustable monotube shock: High/Low-Speed compression and rebound, as well as Variable Valve Control (VVC) rebound for finely tunable precise damping performance.

Optimized air damping performance with coil-like ride comfort. The oversized air chamber and reservoir allow for precise air volume tuning for perfect adjustment to individual riding styles and trail conditions.

Larger ½-inch shock shaft and reinforced chassis provide increased stability and resilience for the toughest downhill and enduro applications.

Supportive firm mode (no lockout) with its own control circuit and a click-adjust lever.
