The Twin-Tube design from 2016-2024 was an engineering masterpiece, but it came with some durability challenges. The FLOAT X2 damper, completely reinterpreted from 2025 onwards, has been completely redesigned from the ground up and is based on a revolutionary monotube design in its damping architecture.

The world's first 4-way adjustable monotube damper – high/low-speed compression and rebound, as well as Variable Valve Control (VVC) rebound for finely adjustable precise damping performance.

Optimized air damping performance with coil-like ride comfort. The oversized air chamber and reservoir allow for precise air volume tuning for perfect adjustment to individual riding styles and trail conditions.

A larger ½-inch damper shaft and reinforced chassis provide increased stability and resilience for the toughest downhill and enduro applications. Supportive firm mode (no lockout) with its own control circuit and click-adjust lever.
