The waistband is cut slightly higher at the back to ensure the pants fit optimally when wearing a backpack. G-1000 Silent is composed of 65% polyester and 35% cotton. G-1000 Silent is a brushed variant of the robust original fabric and is a soft and quiet material. Although brushing makes the fabric slightly weaker, it is rustle-free, which is particularly practical for hunting and wildlife management. It is also well-suited for clothing that is worn as frequently at work as it is outdoors.
