The seat and knees are reinforced, and the knees have insert options for knee pads (sold separately). Six practical pockets provide space for a compass, knife, and other items. The mid-rise waistband and slightly more generous regular fit allow you to wear additional insulating layers underneath. The leg cuffs come in raw length and can thus be individually adjusted to your own leg length.
