The Tempo Decos is a performance road shoe for riders who don't ride in the demanding pro peloton.

Minimalistic, unfalse. The new Decos embodies Fizik's legendary minimalist design at its best. With these shoes, we've put a consistent focus on simplicity to deliver the kind of unadulterated road riding experience you've come to expect from Fizik - from spectacular high-altitude touring to Granfondos and beyond.

Simply supportive. The elegant upper is made from a stretchy, polyurethane-laminated material combined with a comfortable mesh material. This reduces pressure points and provides long-lasting support for the foot where it matters most. The fit can be comfortably and individually adjusted thanks to a single bi-directional Li2 BOA® dial.

Powerful and reaction strong. The R2 outsole is made of carbon fibers, which saves weight and increases stiffness. With a stiffness index of 10, this outsole is the most responsive in the entire Fizik range. A wide ventilation slot and deep internal air channels provide optimal airflow and help regulate temperature. Cleat positioning is set slightly further back compared to conventional soles to optimize pedaling efficiency and reduce pressure on the knees - particularly well suited to very aggressive, forward-facing aero positions.
