Pegboard – Training board for wall mounting in three sizes
The Pegboard is a wall-mounted training device designed for intensive upper body and grip strength training. Its robust wooden construction allows for a variety of exercises using one's own body weight. By using wooden pegs in different holes, climbing movements and holds can be performed, specifically targeting the shoulders, arms, back, and core. The board is suitable for both increasing maximum strength and enhancing muscular endurance. All versions are designed for permanent wall installation and come with appropriate mounting accessories.
