Pegboard – Training board for wall mounting in three sizes
The Pegboard is a wall-mounted training device designed for intense upper body and grip strength training. Its robust wooden construction allows for a variety of exercises using one's own body weight. By using wooden pegs in different holes, climbing movements and hold exercises can be performed, specifically targeting the shoulders, arms, back, and core. The board is suitable for both increasing maximum strength and promoting muscular endurance. All variants are designed for permanent wall installation and come with appropriate mounting accessories. The number of holes and the design vary depending on the model.
