Product details
Your beacon in the dark! The Fenix HM70R is the powerhouse among headlamps, designed for situations where maximum brightness and durability are essential, such as cave exploration, alpine climbing, or expeditions. This headlamp is powered by a 21700 Li-Ion battery (5000 mAh, 3.6 V, 18 Wh), delivering an impressive 1600 lumens and a range of 186 meters in its highest spotlight mode. Three additional, less bright levels can be selected by using the large push button on the side. The floodlight mode, which offers more dispersion, also provides four brightness options, including red light and red flashing light. Depending on the mode, the battery can last up to 100 hours (red light even up to 400 or 800 hours in flashing signal mode). When the battery is depleted, it can be charged directly in the lamp using the included USB-C cable, with the charging port well-protected from moisture and dust under the right rotary cap. Besides its brightness, the HM70R is particularly noted for its robust construction. The 180° rotatable aluminum housing, the hardened and ultra-clear lens with anti-reflective coating, the side switch that is easy to operate even with gloves, the wide headband with non-slip silicone insert and additional top strap, as well as the IP68 protection standard make the Fenix headlamp a reliable companion in the most demanding situations. Weighing in at 206 grams and with its broad body, the HM70R is more like the SUV of our range, but for those looking for a headlamp that goes far beyond just finding the way to the toilet at the campsite, this model is a strong partner to have by your side.
