Optimal dimensions for our parallettes include a diameter of 3.8 cm, a height of 90 cm, and a width of 68 cm. The dip bars can accommodate all body types during exercises, whether above or below the bars.

Assembling and disassembling our dip bars is very easy and is clearly explained in the instruction manual provided with the product. All assembly tools and spare parts are included.

These bars promise a variety of workouts, tricks, and variations. For street workouts, you can perform not only dips but also a range of other exercises, such as leg raises, L-sits, Australian pull-ups, and plank, front, and back lift variations.
