In downhill biking, the saddle is rarely used for sitting; instead, it serves to guide the bike on the track and in the air. The SM Downhill is specifically designed for this purpose and therefore does not require different seat widths or gender-specific variations. This uncompromising saddle for modern downhill racing is the result of years of experience in the downhill World Cup and feedback from the best riders. It features a new, super compact shape for maximum tire clearance, even with small 29er frames. A continuous 360-degree padding provides excellent protection and leg guidance. The well-padded seating area is ideal for lift use.
