Ergon Protector BP100

Super lightweight back protector – 140 grams – for BA3 Evo, BE1 Enduro Protect, and BE2 Enduro. Safety tested according to CE EN 1621-2 (Level 1). Significantly reduces the risk of injury in the lower back area. The complex material mix in a multilayer design demonstrated residual force values of 13.5 kN in tests, even at -10°C and over 20°C. According to the standard, this value must not exceed 18 kN.

Due to its compact design and flexibility, quick movements can be made without delay. The BP100 adapts to the shape of the back and follows its movements while riding. 3-layer construction made of foam-laminated EPS. Developed, manufactured, and certified in Germany.
